Adobe Photoshop Elements is one of the oldest graphic design softwares. It was created in 1994 by Macromedia. A really good app for all the others friends that are on macOS Mojave and on iOS but let’s keep focused on Photoshop Elements for Mac, right? Read on to find out how to be more productive and creative with this must-have app.
Once you have started using Photoshop Elements, you will notice a lot of improvements every time you open an image. That’s exactly what I want to show you in this step-by-step tutorial. Here are the 10 things you’ll learn to improve your workflow and become more creative with Photoshop Elements.
1. How to export an image to a PDF file
Why do people still save documents in the Photo format? What makes a PDF file different from the Photo format? In this tutorial, you will learn how to export images to a PDF file.
Step 1: Launch Photoshop Elements and choose File > Save As, or use the keyboard shortcut Shift + ⌘ + S.
Step 2: Select the Output Format as PDF (the app will automatically save all changes).
Step 3: If you want to save a copy of the image, make sure to select the checkbox Save a Copy.
Why Save a Copy?
Let’s say you download a new stock image from a website or a creative commons. You then use it in a new project, and that image inspired you to start creating a new one.
If you don’t save a copy, you will lose all the changes you made to the previous image.
2. How to add adjustment layers in Photoshop Elements
An adjustment layer is a layer where you can apply a single adjustment to all the images in the layer. This is useful when you want to apply a specific correction to your image without changing anything else.
To add a new adjustment layer, you need to create a new layer by clicking the Add Layer button on the Layers panel or use the keyboard shortcut V + Shift + A. Then select Adjustment Layers from the list of tools that appear on the panel.
Step 1: Create a new layer by clicking the Add Layer button on the Layers panel or by pressing Shift + V + A.
Step 2: Go to Adjustments tab from the Layers panel.
Step 3: Make sure the checkboxes are selected (Solid Color and Black & White) and

July 18 marks the 74th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. There are many things to commemorate this tragic event, but a recent conversation with none other than former US president Barack Obama has gotten a lot of people to begin considering what can be done about the unresolved Holocaust in the Palestinian Territories.
Every day that passes in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip is marked by continued and ongoing violations of international law. In the past year alone, more than 2300 Palestinians, including 1300 children, have been killed. But now, the situation for many on the ground in the Palestinian Territories is looking up – as Israel’s settlement expansion is halted for the first time in years, according to the Netanyahu government’s announcement on Tuesday.
Why is this important? Let’s start with the simple fact that Palestinian children continue to experience extreme levels of violence and trauma as a result of Israel’s 60-year military occupation.
According to Physicians for Human Rights-Israel, this violence is part of a “structural pattern of ongoing Israeli violence against Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.”
Yet Israel’s deep structural imbalance makes the lives of children incredibly difficult for a variety of reasons. Here’s why:
Most Palestinians live under Israel’s military occupation. The military occupation was imposed by Israel following the 1967 war, and the UN Security Council considered Israel’s annexation of the West Bank to be a violation of international law.
This means that Israel is still in control of the Palestinian territory – something that prevents Palestinians from freely living, traveling and working in their own land.
The occupation also means that Israel controls where Palestinian children can or cannot study, work or play.
From 2000 to 2017, 30000 homes have been demolished in the occupied West Bank, often without compensation and in clear violation of international law. Destruction of homes is a frequent tactic used by the Israeli military to force people from their homes and/or to prevent Palestinians from building extensions that do not conform to Israel’s standards. This means that Palestinians who are forced from their homes are often unable to live in homes similar to those of their ancestors.
In the course of this occupation, Israel has also seized more than 50% of the West Bank’s water resources, depriving Palestinians of their most important, and under international law, legal resource.
Even Israel’s military budget is way higher than that of any other country

How to Convert an Object to A String to Print to STDOUT in Ada?
In Ada, how can I write
Procedure Main is
Type List is Array (Integer range ) of Integer;
procedure Test is
C : Integer := List (1.. ListOfNumbers’Last);
for J in C’Range loop
Ada.Text_IO.Put_Line (“Here: ” & List (J));
to print each element of the array to the STDOUT?
You can use Ada.Text_IO.Put_Line. It’s “inlined”, so you get the runtime efficiency of a const function. Here is a simple example:
with Ada.Text_IO; use Ada.Text_IO;
with Ada.Containers.Indefinite_Dims; use Ada.Containers.Indefinite_Dims;
procedure Main is
type Array_Index is range 0..? – 1;
type List is array (Array_Index range ) of Integer;
function Get_Element(Index : in Array_Index;
List : out List) return Integer is
Get_Element := List (Index);
procedure Test is
Index : in Array_Index := 1;
C : Integer := List (Index’First) + List (Index’Last);
for J in C’Range loop
Ada.Text_IO.Put_Line (“Here: ” & Get_Element (J));
