I think it’s supposed to be easy:
Go here and download the driver that matches your printer.
In Windows, open the printer properties and connect the USB cable if necessary.
A box will popup with information about the driver. (I’m not quite sure of that, but it works for my printer.)
You could also uninstall the driver that is already installed and then reinstall it.
A population-based study of the Medicare managed care plans’ reported rates of pneumococcal vaccine use for elderly Medicare beneficiaries.
Managed care plans are responsible for the delivery of health care services. The Medicare/Medicaid program requires managed care plans to offer pneumococcal vaccines to elderly and disabled Medicare beneficiaries. To assess the proportion of Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in managed care plans who are offered and use a pneumococcal vaccine. We used data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Health Care Survey for 2000 to 2004, which interviewed 27,368 Medicare beneficiaries, 20 of whom were interviewed by telephone. Survey data from 32 managed care plans. We compared pneumococcal vaccine use among elderly and disabled beneficiaries with use of influenza and other vaccines, using the proportion of individuals who received the pneumococcal vaccine and had available data on influenza vaccine use as a measure of adherence to the Medicare managed care plan requirements. We compared the pneumococcal vaccine rate among elderly and disabled managed care plan enrollees with the overall Medicare managed care plan rate. Managed care plans reported offering influenza vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine to 15,810 (56.8%) of 27,368 Medicare beneficiaries at the time of interview, but only 12,602 (44.5%) of these beneficiaries received the pneumococcal vaccine. Managed care plans reported offering pneumococcal vaccine to only 141 (7.2%) of 2,012 elderly and disabled (aged 65 years or older and disabled) managed care plan enrollees who had received a pneumococcal vaccination in the prior 12 months. The pneumococcal vaccination rate was lower for elderly and disabled managed care plan enrollees than for the overall Medicare managed care plan population. More than half of elderly and disabled Medicare beneficiaries were offered influenza vaccine by their managed care plan, but fewer than half actually received the vaccine. Only one in seven elderly and disabled managed care plan enrollees who had pneumococcal vaccinations received a second vaccination. Managed care plans generally offered and recommended influenza
